A lot of people wonder about this business of loving your job even if you do not like it because it puts you in a space for your divine career to show up in your life. I am not going to say that there is some truth in that because honestly, gratitude is the most important ingredients in order for us to experience more and more in our lives.

The challenge however, is that it is difficult to love or appreciate your present career when you do not have a vision that is pulling you forward, specially if that present career is no longer fulfilling.

The reason you need to have a job is so that you can generate some income which helps take away the stress that is associated with lack of financial resources. Doing so allows you the freedom to put more focus on the work you came here to do. When I was working at the boat place, the reason I was able to appreciate that job was because I knew it was a temporary thing which was allowing me the opportunity to generate resources while I was moving toward what I am doing now.

So the $75 I was making a day was allowing me the opportunity to take care of my basic needs as I continued doing the work I came here to do. That is why it was easy for me to truly appreciate the work. However, if on the other I would not have a vision that is pulling me forward while being at a job that wont stimulate me creatively nor spiritually, I would have been very depressed. Which is interesting because people pay therapist to figure out what's wrong with them when the answer could lay in a simple question. What do you do for a living?

Try answering some of these questions.

What do you love to do? Dig deep on this one. What is something you enjoyed doing as a child? What tendencies do you have that shows your natural talents and abilities? Do you love being around people? If so, how can you take that gift and use it in a way that can serve others? When you watch TV, or listen to the radio, what moves you? When you wake up in the morning, what would imagine yourself doing?

Once you have found an answer(s) DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

That is all you need to know!
