One of the biggest challenges
for most people when it comes to
manifesting their dreams is that
they are afraid of being
crucified. A wonderful soul by
the name of SARK wrote a very
powerful quote which says: "If
you are not being rejected, you
are not reaching far enough!"
What a powerful quote that is.
Think about it! People want to
succeed in life, but because of
fear of being rejected they want
to play it safe. The irony of it
all is, people who are bold
enough to go out and speak their
truth, after being crucified,
then things do turn around to
where they become heroes, saints,
etc. Look at Jesus the Christ for
example, or Dr. Martin Luther
King, Jr., or Mahatma Gandhi,
etc.
When I started to write my
"Bull Crap Series" books, people
where saying things like, "well,
what do you think ministers are
going think?" What I found out
is, this is how most churches
operate. If they feel that what
you are saying, even when it is
truth, challenges their "values,"
which in many cases is really
"judgement," the may not hire you
to speak.
However, instead of me getting
caught up in their rejection, by
simply going wherever people are
willing to listen to me and
eventually becoming very well
known, those very same churches
now wont have any problem hiring
me. Apparently, they either drop
their values or they are just
being hypocritical.
Many people, specially
practitioners and ministers,
sacrifice their truths so that
nobody gets upset, then wondering
why is it that they can't prosper
or why is it that their dreams
aren't manifested.
Simply be aware of the fact
that the more people know about
your truth, the more rejection
will come your way. And the more
rejected you are, the farther you
are reaching. And the further you
are willing to reach is going to
determine the amount of success
you will experience.
So make sure that when you are
crucified, go all the way! You'll
be surprise when you find out
that after that crucifixion how
many people will start loving you
and respecting you then! Why?
Because what they are really
saying while they are crucifying
you is, "I wish I had the
courage to be just like you! To
live by my principles, to live my
dreams, to speak my truth!"
