In quantum physics
they talk about probabilities.
What physicists have said about
to the law of probabilities is
that if you focus on one thing
and one thing only, everything
unlike it disappears and only
that which the focus have been
placed upon manifests. The
challenge for most people is that
they focus on what they desire
but change their mind
often.
Simply
look at it this way, if you have
10 numbers in a box and you shake
the box, the chances for you to
pick a particular number or
sequence of numbers increases.
The probability of picking let's
say number 5, is 1 out of 10.
Follow me so far? What if you
only had 5 numbers? Then the
probability of picking 5 is 1 out
of 5. But what if you only had
the number 5 in the box? The
probability is obvious, the
chances of picking up the winning
number 5 is 1 out of 1. In other
words, no matter what the
circumstances are, you will
always end up winning by choosing
number 5 because that is the only
one in the box.
Same with
life. You will always end up
picking the winning number, the
desire you want to manifest in
your life, granted that your
focus is on that particular
desire. That being the case, what
is it that keeps adding
probabilities that gets in the
way of manifesting a particular
desire? Doubts. And what fuel
those doubts? External stimuli
such as advertisements, media,
junk television and/or radio,
wasting time surfing the
internet, spending time with the
wrong people, etc.
That is
why is imperative that if you
want to achieve single focus, you
must feed your mind constantly
with the kind of thoughts and
external as well as internal
stimuli that is supportive and
congruent with whatever it is you
are intending to manifest.
The key
however, is to understand what is
meant by singe focus. You can be
single-minded and try or force
for something to happen, even at
the expense of sacrificing your
quality of life, or you can keep
your attention on your inner
guidance and allow It to guide
your focus.
The
reason being is, you can focus on
the mansion and get it, then
feeling empty and dissatisfied,
or you can be guided to pursue a
particular path, which brings
happiness, joy and fulfillment,
as a result you may then decide
to still have your mansion or
maybe not.
And that
is because when the ego is out of
the way, you begin to realize
that many of the things your were
originally pursuing no longer
hold your interest. That is not
to say you can't have what you
desire, the key is to make sure
that your desires are authentic
as opposed to ego-driven desires
based on external
approval.
Dr. Bob
Marshall, founder minister of the
Unity Church in Orlando, Florida
once said. You must focus on what
you intend to create. If that
which you want to manifest does
not fit in God's overall picture,
that energy will be redirected
towards something that fits the
bigger plan. Which is the
equivalent of saying, "that or
something better."
To me
that would mean, once you have
something in mind you are
interested in creating, the
something better part is like
saying, let go. Trusting that
whatever is best for you will
manifest without making it an
issue if it does not
happen.
I would
like to give you an example of
the typical western world
mentality on manifesting.
The
approach would be, we
must get clear as to
what is it we intend to
manifest because if we
send out mix signals, we
get mix results. There
is nothing wrong with
saying, "I intend to
manifest $1,000,000 by
the end of the year, or
something
better."
By doing
so,
- We are
setting a "clear"
intention.
- The
universe have
something "specific"
to work with.
- Our
actions are more
congruent as opposed
to spread all over
the place because
they are geared
towards a "single"
target.
- Single
focus by default
eliminates
unnecessary
probabilities.
- It
helps us make sure
that the actions we
are taking are not
time-wasters
therefore maximizing
the use of your time
which indeed helps
accelerate the
process.
- And by
being open to
something better,
having a single focus
and knowing exactly
where we are moving
towards, the actions
that we are taken
might lead to a much
larger amount, or at
least learn important
lessons in specific
areas that helps us,
if not making the
$1,000,000 by the end
of the year, multiply
that amount in the
years to come.
Every
millionaire says that
making the first million
is the most challenging
one because that is
where the learning curve
is the steepest.
However, after that, by
simply keeping a steady
approach, the other
millions come easily and
almost effortless,
granted the person have
learn the
lessons.
However,
the beauty of being able
to have a single focus
is that our energy is to
precisely directed that
the universe respond
accordingly by
attracting into our
space all sorts of
resources, opportunities
and synchronicities that
no one could have
imagined possible. In
other words, we get to
experience miracles
first-hand. And this
principle applies to
anything we intend to
manifest.
So
whatever it is you
desire, the key is to
not being afraid of
asking for whatever it
is you want. Be
specific, keep your
focus on your target and
the worse thing that it
could happen is that you
end up not what you
originally intended but
something far much
better. That's how the
universe
operates.

I am
pretty sure that approach makes
perfect sense. It has been taught
forever. The challenge is where
this singe focus mentality come
from? From the idea that we know
best. That we know what we want.
That we know what makes us happy.
Sooner or later we come to the
painful realization that
we
know that we don't know.
That's when we
become humble and start the
process of surrendering.
That does
not mean we don't have desires,
it simply means that we begin to
move from ambition and
acquisition to meaning. We give
our lives a sense of purpose,
from that space we are guided as
to what form of action to take,
which is what I refer to in the
Manifesting
Miracles
Course as to
"internally-driven" as "opposed to
outcome-oriented."
The irony
of it all is that when we truly
connect and allow ourselves to be
guided, more and more desires
begin to emerge and we become
very busy! This time however is
happily busy! Joyously busy!
Mentally, emotionally, physically
and spiritually fulfilled!
However,
you are more than welcome to use
the typical western world
approach and work hard, struggle
and do whatever it takes, until
the chase is no longer
fulfilling. If you ever reach
that point at least you know
there is another choice. The
easy, effortless spiritual
approach. The one that is aligned
with universal purpose. That does
not imply that you don't take
action, however when you do, is
inspired action fueled by energy
grounded in joy and excitement as
opposed to one that is draining,
leaving you with a feeling of
emptiness and
dissatisfaction.
