One of
the challenges I see people
facing when it comes to
manifesting their dreams is that
they lack passion. There are all
sorts of seminars and programs
that attempt to teach people how
to find their passion. As if
passion is something you find.
The truth
is, passion is something that
naturally arises once you get out
of your way. In other words,
passion is not something you try
to discover through analysis,
passion is something that once
you let go of judgments and
preconceived ideas about what you
can or cannot do, it naturally
arises. And that is because
passion is something deep within
your being that is simply seeking
to express itself through
you.
For
example, let's say you are 70
years of age, overweight and not
necessarily look like a model. If
you were to let go of all those
judgments about yourself and
simply listen to the voice within
which communicates with you, not
through words, but through
feelings, you may discover that
your passion is to become a
drummer in a punk band.
Does this
sounds ridiculous to you? If so,
then let me ask you. Why? Because
you probably have judgments about
it. You may say to yourself; "I
am 70 years of age. Who in the
right mind would pick up the
drums at that age? And even if I
was young, I am too overweight
and my looks are not what the
industry would be looking for."
And you can go on and on and
on.
However,
here is what I am getting at.
When the universe plants the seed
of a desire in your heart, It
doesn't see the limitations you
see. The Creator does not see the
walls people place upon
themselves. It simply sees
beautiful beams of light whom
She/He wants to use in order to
carry on a task. A task that not
only brings joy, happiness and
fulfillment to the person that is
asked to do it, but in the larger
scheme of things, brings peace
and harmony to the universe at
large.
Why?
Because by doing the work you are
called to do, you shine your
light unto the world, and you
also give permission to others to
shine theirs. Because in reality,
there are many people who may
have the same fears and judgments
you may have had as well. But by
doing the work you feel inspired
to do, you become like a
rule-breaker which indeed give
others the hope and the
encouragements to do something
that would have been considered
either ridiculous, or
impossible.
Remember,
when you have a desire, the
Creator have simply chosen you to
carry on with it. It is you who
have the choice to either listen
to your heart, or everyone else's
fears and limitation.
